There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations must be done prior to 24 hours of the scheduled flight. Any no shows or cancellations within the 24 hours are non-refundable. If weight limit is exceeded for the tour, it will be cancelled and a 10% fee will be charged. If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather, a full refund will be given and the flight may be rescheduled.
